I know that at our church and a lot of other churches women aren't allowed to be pastors or elders because that's what the Bible says. Is the Bible and God sexist? Why should I be OK with this?
I've noticed a bit of a stigma around women's ministry in the church. How can church culture be shaped so that women don't feel oppressed but feel valued and important?
