5. Shortage of adult classrooms.

Priority # 1 - Parking
Our 25 year old parking agreement ends in December 2007.  The city requires weekday parking for our staff.

Priority #2 - Property Acquisition:  Why are we committed to it?
1. Property acquisition is Missional
2. It's an investment with eternal return
3. It's an opportynity to live by faith

Priority #3 - Annex Renewal - Renewing the Annex will...
1.  Bring some much needed improvements to our circulation flow and disabled access by creating a new entrance new hallways and corridors.
2.  Provide vital refurbishments to our Early Childhood area restrooms.
3. Transform the Old Gym into a valuable multi-use Founder's Hall for adult education, homeless ministry & many other ministry possibilities.
